THIS is what I irresponsibly failed to secure for my boyfriend as a surprise.
A vintage 1994 Emigre magazine #29 designed by The Designers Republic. AMAZING!!!! These babies are highly sort after little gems and can fetch up to $400 these days, and guess how much it sold for on ebay?...... $51!!!! It's murder to my brain. Urgh. My boyfriend was in the room. I logged on after he left. It was too late. It was far too late. It was gone. Long gone......

ANDY ANDY ANDY GILMORE!!!
The lusture and patient marriage of vibrant colours that Andy weaves and curves into his work, is quite possibly the reason he stands out so much to me. Aside from his lushious hand skills and understanding of shape and perspective, it's nice to see colour used so boldly. I think the sullen threads about Melbourne could take a page from his book.
